• Interfering with security-related features of the Service.
• Using the AI Tutor to generate harmful or inappropriate content.

4. AI Tutor Disclaimer

Wisdomlinks provides an AI-powered tutoring service. While we strive for the highest degree of accuracy in Quranic guidance and linguistic analysis, AI models can occasionally produce incorrect or biased information. Wisdomlinks does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated responses and encourages users to verify important religious rulings with qualified human scholars. The AI is an educational tool, not a final authority.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Wisdomlinks platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wisdomlinks or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, educational purposes.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wisdomlinks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wisdomlinks is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
